Job Overview
PlanetArt is looking for a Junior Production Artist as a contractor to support the company’s Content and Merchandising team across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, excel at following detailed instructions, and possess a sharp eye for detail with strong problem-solving abilities, as this role involves a lot of quality control processes along the way. This is not a creative design role. We’re looking for someone with technical artistic skills to help process imagery and product information for our websites.

This is a remote, work-from-home position.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities

Edit and optimize product imagery for site and app use
Implement revisions and improvements based on feedback.
Maintain image quality through non-destructive editing techniques.
Coordinate image uploads and review/approval workflows.
Configure products and designs by inputting data into template systems
Regularly participate in remote meetings with U.S. team members to discuss project status and requirements

What You Should Have
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements

1 year of relevant production experience
Strong English fluency with solid written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, self-manage when needed, communicate task progress, and proactively address challenges within a team environment
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
Eagerness and commitment to quickly learn and master new software platforms, etools, and workflows.
Proven ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

What You Can Expect
Working Conditions

Position requires (long-term or seasonal) and fully remote work scheduled from (ex. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Pacific Time)
Position requires regular, continuous use of computer.
Position requires regular sitting and standing.
Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.
Position requires time and screen tracking via Hubstaff

Work from Home Requirements:

Own computer (Windows 10 or higher or Mac, at least 8GB RAM and at least Intel i5, Ryzen 5 or M1 processor)
Reliable high-speed internet access
Noise-cancelling headset (if applicable)
Private, distraction-free environment (if applicable)

Pay Range

Pay Rate: ₱40,000 to ₱50,000 per month
