Job Overview
PlanetArt is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator as a contractor to support the company’s Content & Merchandising department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the expansion of designs across a diverse catalog of personalized products; leveraging both core merchandising expertise and AI-powered tools to ensure we’re launching designs on products that resonate with our brand and customers.
This is a remote, work-from-home position.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating design expansion across multiple product categories for personalized items
- Support the merchandising team in evaluating new design opportunities and market trends
- Collaborate with designers to ensure artwork specifications are complete
- Help maintain design asset libraries for efficiencies
- Assist in analyzing sales performance data to identify trending designs and product
- Research emerging personalization trends and customer preferences
- Assist in coordinating sample requests and approval processes
- Support communication between design, content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches
What You Should Have
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Merchandising, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Merchandising, preferably with personalized products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills for remote work environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
What You Can Expect
Working Conditions
- Position requires long term and fully remote work scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Central Time
- Position requires regular, continuous use of computer.
- Position requires regular sitting and standing.
- Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.
- Position requires time and screen tracking via Hubstaff
Work From Home Requirements
- Own computer (Windows 10 or higher or Mac, at least 8GB RAM and at least Intel i5, Ryzen 5 or M1 processor)

Pay Range
- Pay Rate: ₱70,000 to ₱80,000 per month
