Job Overview

We are looking for a detail oriented, enthusiastic Image Retoucher who has a very strong understanding of Photoshop with a minimum of 4 years of retouching and color correction experience. This candidate will focus mainly on our Personal Creations brand. The successful candidate will have a resume and or portfolio that demonstrates strong sense of photo manipulation, color correction, aesthetic proficiency, and problem-solving skills. Creativity and a passion to present unique ideas are highly appreciated. Must also possess a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Bridge to succeed in a deadline sensitive environment.

What You’ll Do:

Quickly gain an understanding of the brand and audience to execute photo-based and strategic production work.
Evaluate, correct and create high-quality, organized files from outside vendor photography, internally AI generated images, as well as our existing photo asset library.
Work closely with Art Director, designers, and production to ensure optimal outcome of final web based and print deliverables.
Proactively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables, and assets.

What You Should Have:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, photography, or related field.
A minimum of 3 years of image retouching and color correction experience.
Excellent Photoshop skills, a strong color sense, flexibility and ability to assimilate existing workflows.
Experience with AI image generating platforms.
A strong resume and or portfolio demonstrating your process and execution of successful retouching and image production work.
Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Acrobat.
Skills in InDesign and illustrator a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
An ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high-quality work.
Must be a self-motivator, possessing the ability to work effectively with little supervision.

Working Conditions

Position requires (long-term or seasonal) and fully remote work scheduled from (ex. 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM US Pacific Time)
Position requires regular, continuous use of computer.
Position requires regular sitting and standing.
Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.
Position requires time and screen tracking via Hubstaff

Work from Home Requirements:

Own computer (Windows 10 or higher or Mac, at least 8GB RAM and at least Intel i5, Ryzen 5 or M1 processor)
Reliable high-speed internet access

Pay Range

Pay Rate: ₱40,000 to ₱45,000 per month
