Job Overview
The Jr. Production Artist is responsible for creating production artwork to be implemented into our automated personalization workflow. This role works closely with Item Implementation Specialists, Merchandising, Creative, Operations and IT to ensure that new product artwork is created in a timely manner and that all new products are set up in the production process prior to going live on customer facing websites.

This is a remote, work-from-home position.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities

Work with team members to create production artwork from Illustrator or Photoshop into InDesign
Assists Item Implementation Specialist in new item set up in the Merge.
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with Technical Support, IT, Quality Control, Inventory Control, Merchandising, Sourcing, Creative and Operations departments.
Provides excellent service to all internal employees.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Performs any other artwork related duties as assigned by management from time to time.

What You Should Have
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements

Experience and hands on knowledge of graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) is required.
MS Office experience is required.
Must have solid verbal and written communication skills that can be used with cross-functional teams and managerial personnel within the organization.
Ability to multi-task as needed and consistently re-prioritize duties as new urgencies occur in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to:
- prioritize projects based on business needs,
- be a self-starter that can work with minimal supervision and guidance.
- maintain organization.
- work with a sense of urgency,
- work with a high degree of accuracy while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- use problem solving skills to drive quick response to production artwork issues.
Must operate with integrity, mutual respect and teamwork, dependability and ownership.
Maintains a dedicated commitment to customer service.
Basic knowledge of Extensible Markup Language (xml code) as well as familiarity in the use of scripts and automated processes in InDesign a plus.
Project management course(s) and/or experience a plus.
New Product Introduction experience is a plus.
Ability to speak English fluently is a plus
Experience with the print production (such as wide format printing or laser engraving) and/or fulfillment for printed gifts a plus

Working Conditions

Position requires (long-term or seasonal) and fully remote work scheduled from (ex. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Pacific Time)
Position requires regular, continuous use of computer.
Position requires regular sitting and standing.
Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.
Position requires time and screen tracking via Hubstaff

Pay Range

Pay Rate: ₱40,000 to ₱50,000 per month
